When installing cakePHP for production use, the document root of the server needs to be changed.
see http://book.cakephp.org/view/32/installation

It may not be possible to change the document root in shared hosting.

whats the alternative? is it always possible to change the document root of the server?

Whats your idea on this restriction ?

Cake is good it shorten the programing time. Gives a proper arranged structure to the the files. We can easily track out our problems.

Limitations:
But you dont hope that it increases the limitations of a programmer. We have to create a models for each table as we have in the database e.g. in case of shoping cart.

So, We want more on cake....

Ramesh Roy: I dont say that CakePHP is best out there, but this is just a review on CakePHP with my personal experience.

Matt: Great, have a good time with it :)

Evans: Lets see what they can do... I'll be willing to post more reviews on these.

But i still have a feeling that Zend will have something better than this one.

I'm sick and tired of waiting for the Zend Framework to come out of preview so I think I'll give CakePHP a proper go this time.
