		<description>I have been a member of MouthShut for many years now and I wholeheartedly agree with your observations. 

I cannot think of a company that does a better job of steadinly moving forward through innovation and reliable service. Nothing too flashy, they don't do extravagant nonsense associated with dot coms. But steady, reliable and constantly making things better in their space. I don't know of a single company that is so true to its mission of serving consumers, particularly the Indian consumer. 

I have had numerous instances when an Indian business has reached out to me only after I got the story on MouthShut. In a previous company I worked, product managers were required to monitor MouthShut feedback.</description>
