There was a recent backlinks and PR update in Google which was first observed by me on September 28th. I noticed most of the sites went from PR0 to PR4 which is a good symbol for us.
However, the change is still being coming on to all data centers. Around 15 google data centers showed the change. You could check it on Check Live PR
Most of our clients were asking if the PR update is over yet ?
I believe it is going to run for next 7 days more as some data centers are still implementing the change slowly. Here are some partner sites of ours which had some rise in PR:
